Return and Refund Policy
We, at KOOLCATT, aim to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. In order to make the experience hassle-free for our customers, we have laid down a simple Returns Policy.
1. Wrong Product/Damaged/Defective Product Received:
If the product you receive is in any way incorrect, damaged or defective, we will refund 100% of the product cost, if informed within
2 days of the receipt of your order. The product should be returned UNUSED and in the same condition as you received it and in the original box and packaging along with bill.
KOOLCATT reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is open when received at our office, or if the product looks used to us.
The Cost of Logistics and Gift Wrapping, if any, will not be refunded.
The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.
